Back Pain  Urinary Tract Infections

I found this video about an algorithm on Urinary Tract infections. I constantly have recurrent UTIs. This time a series of symptoms started last Friday. I woke up with a pounding headache and a stomachache which last until Saturday night. Sunday I woke up without a headache, but the stomachache remained plus I felt tired. Sunday evening, I started having the worst shaking chills and tingling in my toes and fingers that I have ever had in my life. I felt like I was freezing until about 11 pm then I felt completely the opposite, hot as hell like I had a fever and was a having a night sweat. But I took my temp and no fever. I woke up in the morning and whollah, no headache, no stomachache, no chills, not sweating...just a slight back soreness which I assumed was because of my odd sleeping position to cope with the shakes and's a good day. Then strangely Monday evening started and all over again I'm intensely shaking chills, stomachache, and this time with frequent urination all night. This time I woke up with a strange throbbing in both my sides and back around the flank of my kidney area. I waited until noon and finally said enough, something is wrong. I went to the doctor. Turns out I have a severe UTI and I am taking Cipro for the past 2 and a half days. Also, my blood work came back today and I am anemic. Go figure. I have to go back for further evaluation to treat the anemia. My stomach still has a dull ache that's tolerable but unusual, but hoping over the next day it goes away, otherwise, I'll be concerned. I'm not sure if this stomachache has anything to do with the UTI or not.
